h beginEnumStorePropertyNames から返されるハンドル。
buffer プロパティ名が書き込まれるバッファー。
bufferLen プロパティ名を格納するバッファーの長さ。この長さには、NULL ターミネーターのスペースも含める必要があります。
プロパティ名の長さ。プロパティ名がない場合は -1。プロパティ名。
プロパティ名がない場合は -1 を返します。
